January Fun Day
We had a great day on January 28th, creating quilts for the CQA Canada Wide Quilting Bee.
Everyone worked really hard, but we did take breaks for trivia games, lovely treats and a potluck lunch. Oh yes, and a birthday cake for Canada’s 150th.
Thanks to Sue Forshaw who showed us two methods for “quilt as you go.”
Hopefully people will bring along their work to the guild meeting for everyone to see. It was so interesting to see how different everyone’s blocks looked. Many thanks to all who participated!
Round Peg, Square Hole, February 18th
By the time the newsletter goes out, this workshop will have taken place already. We will give you the report at the next guild meeting!
