Happy Halloween! Yes, it’s that time of the year again, a time to enjoy all the beautiful fall colours and those crisp fall days. Fall is a great time to bring a friend to a meeting and for new members to join. From now until renewal in February a new members registration fee is $27.50 and a renewing members registration fee is $55.00.

We currently have 132 members with 2 new members joining the guild at the September meeting. Welcome!! We also welcomed 3 guests and hope you enjoyed the meeting. Seventy-four members signed in and the door prizes were won by Karen Widdes and Robbie Thomas. When Robbie joined the guild many years ago she won a door prize at her first meeting. Our last meeting will be Robbie’s last meeting with LGQG as she is moving to Vancouver Island. Again she had luck on her side and won a door prize!! Best wishes Robbie, we will miss you.

Be sure to sign in and be wearing your nametag in order to claim your door prize, should your name be drawn. Nametags are available, if you forgot to bring yours, and are $1.00 each at the membership table.
